How this all started is when I went to the chiropractor for shoulder pain and I was given an ice/heat pack to put on my shoulder for after my treatment. The icepack was so cold directly on my skin I used a towel to cover it. The towel was very cumbersome and kept falling off the icepack. A friend of mine is a seamstress so I asked her what she could make to alleviate my problem with the towel and the icepack. She came up with the idea of making a flannel material pocket for my icepack. Now I use it all the time and other people at the chiropractic office are buying them also. We decided to offer them to you off of our web site.

They are so useful, these ice/heat pack pockets.
